ANGELA OLSEN

Founder & Vinyasa Instructor

Angela's love for yoga originated in 2017 when she began attending weekly classes at a local studio in Cloverdale. She left each class feeling vibrant, energized, happier and even felt taller when walking and sitting. That weekly studio practice evolved further into a home-based practice, integrating a deeper understanding and importance of meditation and further understanding of what a yogic lifestyle is beyond the mat. With encouragement from her friend and  yoga instructor, Angela became a Certified Yoga Fitness Instructor in January 2021 with American Fitness Professionals & Associates. Since then she has completed continuing education through AFPA, as well numerous workshops with Breathe For Change, an organization that focuses on creating an environment of well being in classrooms for educators and students alike. While attending one of Angela's classes, her goal is that students feel welcome and comfortable. Students can anticipate a practice that focuses on individual ideal alignment, creating heat from within the body and a flow that links breath with movement.

Amy Bertozzi

Vinyasa Instructor

Amy discovered yoga years ago as a young adult after having practiced dance for most of her childhood. Feeling an instant attachment to this sacred philosophy and practice that connects the mind, body and spirit, she has strived to keep an asana practice throughout the busyness of life. After having two children and navigating motherhood through the pandemic, she returned to yoga with a desire to connect to her self once more. Yearning for a deeper understanding and education of Yoga, she graduated from the SRJC 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training program in 2022, with a focus on teaching Vinyasa, Hatha and Gentle Flow movement. A licensed Esthetician with a passion and background in Esthetics Education, Amy strives to create a dynamic, inclusive and fulfilling practice in hopes that her students can carry the joy and unity of Yoga off the mat and into their own lives.

Venus began her yoga journey in 2009. Venus attended yoga teacher training in Healdsburg Ca, where she graduated with a 200 hour Yoga Alliance teacher certification. Venus has also furthered her training by completing a 60 hour chakra certification program. After embarking on her yogic journey she was called deeper into the field of Ayurveda. This lead Venus to complete the 250 hour Ayurveda practicioners program at the Dhyana Center in Sebastopol Ca. Venus had a radical Spiritual Awakening at the age of 23. The eyes of her soul had opened and her purpose was revealed. Her path was to be the spiritual path, and she was to be a healer. This caused Venus to pursue the Mystics path. This path is what sets Venus' heart on fire for yoga and everything it encompasses. Venus knew that one day she would open a sanctuary for healing and growth. Venus' heart is to encourage healing through the Mind, Body and Spirit connection. Nutrition and the use of essential oils are one of the many tools in her tool belt. Venus is here to support you on your journey. If you experience pain in your body, mind, spirit, or emotions then Venus' class will help encourage and strengthen you on your journey. Her greatest joy is being a mother to her daughter
