Vinyasa Yoga
Perfect for every experience level. Sun Salutations that flow into traditional asanas to help improve strength, flexibility, circulation and stability. Students have the option to add light hand weights and props as needed.
Rise Shine & Stretch
Guided Rise, Shine and Stretch honoring your energetic levels earlier in the morning. This class allows you to arrive and enjoy quiet stillness, warm up and energize the body and leave class ready to enter the rest of your day with vitality and equanimity.
Bhakti Devotional Flow
Bhakti yoga is a practice of selfless devotion and recognition of the sacred or divine in everything. To encourage Bhakti, it is helpful to start by cultivating reverence to something which appears to be separate from one's self through acknowledgment of the sacred essence within it. This Sacred Sunday practice is perfect for every experience level - from beginners to those who are more experienced in the practice. - everyone will find benefits in this class. This class incorporates simple flowing sequences to warm up the body, as well as slower paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility. Each class will end with an extended period of relaxation. This class is appropriate for anyone of any age, shape or size. No experience or flexibility required.
Full Moon Flow
Harnessing the feminine energy of the full moon, this yoga class will focus on moon salutations paired with breath-work to help guide your body through each posture.
Private Lesson
Group class not quite your jam? Or perhaps you prefer to ask questions and have the full attention from your yoga instructor? This is the class for you! This private yoga lesson will help allow the student to feel comfortable and confident in learning the fundamentals of a Vinyasa style yoga class while focusing on proper alignment and techniques that best suit the individual needs of the student. Home Flow
Practice your yoga flow from the comfort of your own home! This class is perfect for every experience level. Together we'll move through a series of Sun Salutations that flow into traditional asanas to help improve strength, flexibility, circulation and stability.
Beginner Yoga
New to the mat, or looking to rediscover your practice? Beginner yoga is the class for you! Together we will go over foundational postures to help build a Vinyasa, flow-based practice. This all-level class will focus on traditional poses, sitting poses, standing poses, gentle twists and supine poses. We will use blocks, mats and blankets provided by the studio, but students are also welcome to bring whatever kind of props they may already have.
Power Yoga
This class is all about turning up the music and the fun while we move through a faster paced Vinyasa flow to create and build heat from within the body. This is a vigorous practice focused on building strength and flexibility in the body through high-impact yoga postures. Be sure to bring your water bottle and get ready to sweat!
